Rates

• $125 per hour for an assessment.

• $90 per hour for individual session.

Insurance

We accept Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Payment

Acceptable forms of payments include: cash, check, square cash and PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will be subject to a full fee charge. Please note that insurance companies do not pay charges for missed appointments.
