Aleisha Epps utilizes a holistic, person-centered, strengths-based approach. In addition to traditional talk therapy, as appropriate, she also employs meditation, aromatherapy, music, and expressive art techniques. Her goal is to meet the individualized needs of each client. She work with individuals living with anxiety and depression, grief and loss, life adjustments, or simply need someone non-judgmental to talk to.
